John could you please edit the thread title so that people know what you need help with, without having to open the the thread to find out?

There is an amendment to the posting guidelines asking that thread titles be usefully descriptive of the thread topic. This saves people the trouble of visiting threads that may turn out to be of no interest to them.

Netlimiter works pretty well at telling you which programs are downloading what amounts and allows you to adjust upload/download speeds for individual programs. (Obviously, it also does logging as well)

Maybe a broadband or internet usage meter would be more appropriate title.

John...most internet providers have their own but I use Mum = (Monthly Usage Meter)

Here is a heap on the same page.

http://adsl.internode.on.net/usage-meters/

And it guides you through set up if your not familiar.
