Is anyone else experiencing any problems with their optusnet broadband e-mail? I can appear to send e-mail via my e-mail client (MS Outlook) but am having problems receiving it. The Optus mail server appears to keep cycling through the log on panel, several times, then sometimes downloading 1 or 2 e-mails but more often than not giving me the ubiquitous “0x80042108 Outlook is unable to connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server” error message.

or sometimes, an authentication problem...
Occasionally, after a looooong wait, I can get into my e-mail via the web interface.
I tried their help line but all I got was an automaton/cyber voice whom I soon got fed up with!
