Omega Centauri

I have to admit that this is probably my most favourite object in the sky, I could look at it all night! I like this type of photograph too, as it is very reminiscent of what you see in the eyepiece with a bit of magnification. Only M13 comes this close, but I gotta say Omega is better(for me)!
Hope you like it, thanks for looking!

Hi Trevor, good guess but only half a cigar on that one!! The acquisition data should be with the image. Bintel 200mm f5 reflector, home modded cooled DSI Pro 2(7degrees), luminance only, 20x42.4 frames stacked in Envisage and very minor curves and levels in PS CS2. Guided.
Thanks for acknowledging the King!!

Dec,

You're right -- it does resemble what you'd see through the eyepiece, only brighter.

I like it!

Regards,
Humayun
