Various Objects.

Sorry, I'm still screwing around with hardware here but a few images have popped out tonight.

Haven't spent any time on them, just curves and levels, was really concentrating on camera adapters.

1. M20. 1x10min + 1x5min sub. VC200L @ F9, QHY8.
2. PGC-166170. Well I think it is. Near M83. VC200L @ F9, QHY8
3. M83. A combo of 5, 10 and 20 minute subs. VC200L @ F9, QHY8

It has an out of focus look about it more like I'll reprocess and replace it.

There's at least 6 little galaxies in the background of the second image!
Good to see that you're getting out there.
How's your flu? Over it yet?
You are coming out to Cambroon tomorrow aren't you?

Yeppers, all gone, told ya the Jim with a dash of Beam would fix it
I'm coming tomorrow, I think I have all the hardware sorted now.
That 2nd one was supposed to be M83 but the mount still had co-ords from Alex's place in it
I'll reprocess these after work, they look terrible in the light of day ....

Nice images Robin, Looks like it is all starting to come together at last.

Hardwar is an ongoing upgrade program but you seem to be winning the war.
Well done.

Tell me about it. Having these purpose cut adapters if fine but the one for the Vixen can't be rotated and neither can take a 2" filter. I have some 2" fittings working now on both scopes for when the moon is up so I can mount a filter. There are still a few triangle stars in that M20 too. I need to stop playing with those focuser grub screws I'll have another go at tweaking the collimination at Ron's this arvo.
