Televue Eyeguard Extender

Over a year ago, Televue ceased production and I gave up trying to get these for my 35mm panoptic (and perhaps the 27mm).

But, THEY'RE BACK - new and improved, apparently!

"EGE-0020 Eyeguard Extender, twist-on style"

OPT have just sold me two at USD25 each and USD11 for el-cheapo ("good luck if they ever turn up") shipping. (next step up was USD33 for shipping - nope!)

First chance tonight to try this out. Excellent, just what I wanted. One of them, fitted to my 35mm Panoptic, is helping me place my eye correctly to avoid "blackout". My eye is just touching the extended rubber eyeguard, or just above it, for the ideal position. It had to be some mm above the eyeguard before I added the extender. That's great!

I use the Televue Dioptrx to correct my astigmatism for my naglers / panoptics. Your eyeguard extender is a Dioptrx without any glass in it. Good find!

I bought two, so I fitted the second to the 27mm Pan - which hadn't been as much of a problem as the 35mm - and that is working fine.
