lemon tree

i have had a look at general chats forum, and whats the most popular

thread at the moment?Lemon trees,i am not sure what the attraction is

with lemon trees, but we have a small one growing in the garden.it is

VERY popular with the bus groups that come to visit the property,at

the moment its loaded,we sell over $200 of lemons nearly every May.

i am going to plant mor.in regards to the chap who wondered wheather

he he should cut one down for better views from his observatory,i think

may be a good prun, instead of cutting it down, sell the lemons to pay

for improvements on observatory.

finally some blue sky!just took a pic of my observatory with clear skies.

regards Chris

What a cracker of a lemon tree!! It looks like a really good producer - it must be in an ideal position and have good care. By your pics it looks as though you live in a fantastic location, it looks gorgeous.

Gee it's really loaded! If you want I can come over and chop it down to improve your views? (just kidding)

I think we hold lemon trees in very high regard in Australia for some reason. It's almost like a mini sacred site in everyone's back yard... the first thing visitors will often say is 'wow check out that lemon tree!' etc etc.
Mine is still standing, believe it or not. I'll try to get a pic for you all to see how it stacks up against yours.
