Venus and Mars 17/5

Up early this morning to check out the planets.
Checked out Starry Night last night, and sure it had Mercury entering the area, but no Mercury today.
Still another beautiful am ..... no spiders/webs walked into ..... did hear a hissssss when taking photo near the big tree, so quickly vacated the area!!

Venus and Mars ...... a streaming tailed Venus ....... Venus thru the snake tree ...... Moon and Jupiter thru branches.

I love the colours and the palm fronds of 1, so tropical. The silhouettes look great too.

I agree, the tropical feel of no. 1 is lovely.

But my personal faves are no's 3 and 4; I really find the tree silhouette's and subtle colour beyond appealing. The refraction halo around the moon in no. 4 is beautifully captured through that tree.

A truly lovely selection of images Liz,

Looking at the horizon with the palm trees in the foreground remind me of Hawaii. The shading of the colour from the Sunrise are beautiful
