circinus

Hi can anyone tell me in circinus area is there a comet or a planetary nebula thanks .

Hi Shane, I don't know what scope you are using? but there are some faint Planetary Nebulae in Circinus which would require a medium to large scope to see.
I don't know of any Comets,but there is a galaxy ESO 97-G13 the Circinus Dwarf RA 14:13:58 DEC-65:23:13 which could be mistaken for a Comet or Planetary Nebula.
This galaxy has a high extinction factor and was only discovered in about 1975.

Hi it is defiantly moving across the sky but cant rule out reflection form the camera lens yet but will try to get a closer shot of it.
