wry smile Venus Mars and crescent moon 23 april 2009

OK i missed out on seeing the other planets Uranus and Jupiter and getting a perfect shot. Newcastle was socked in with cloud and i was very lucky to get what i did. Taken from the front veranda, handheld (rested) early this morning. Venus Mars and the crescent moon. I hate this weather

Pretty spooky effect there Houghy,

A wry smile indeed, probably a comment on your weather.

Good one, Dave. You do good earthshine!

Mike's rain has been clouding out my holidays, so no chance from here.

That's a good capture given the conditions, David!

Raining! Great capture then. I wouldn't have got further than a peek through the bedroom window!
