Conjunction - Venus Mars Moon 23 Apr 2009

Here are my attempts. Lovely morning this morning.

This is hard. Getting accurate focus is tough, let alone anything else! I don't think I succeeded. However, you may enjoy.

Pentax K100D, couple of Sigma zoom lenses each down one stop from full aperture, tripod mounted, remote shutter release, ISO 400, mirror lock up for 2 secs then shutter release anywhere from fractions of a second to 10-15 secs.

Like them Eric,

The effect of the Moon through the twigs looks great.

Don't know much about HDR but wonder if the images with the buildings in the foreground would have been suitable for that process?

Well done
Regards
Trevor

Apparently a wet, windy and cold winter starts here this afternoon, according to the forecast!
