Mars from Sept 21st

My third image of Mars taken on the morning of the Sep 21st, and first go at using Astra Image (thanks Mike!). Stacked and resampled in Registax, approx 1900 frames, and then processed in Astra Image.

Central Meridian is 125 deg.

Lots and lots of work to do on various departments including colour the shift/balance areas, and the seeing needs to improve as well (only 3-4 out of 10 at best).

p.s. just few into Melbourne from Perth this evening, and it was totally cloudy the entire way! so not looking good for the next 3 days, bummer!

It's a good start John, well done! Great image scale.

If you'd like, I can have a go at processing your avi if you want to zip one up and send it to me, or upload it somewhere I can download it from.
