Given a round tube front and rear, the answer would be yes.
I have made them in the past though, just a rounded section, with the flat surface to mate to the rail. Not rocket science.

Paul I bought a Celestron nexstar SE mount - because i have a lunt i wish to use with it and i also have a C8 with losmandy dplate and a ADM on the top.
i found a vixen style bar in my junk i have but realised that it wouldn't fit right length but not the exact holes to line up- i was missing something (maybe normality).
So you are looking to fit the Lunt on top of the C8 while it is mounted to the SE mount? The vixen bar would not be that great anyway. I have the clam shell of the Solarmax fixed directly to a small losmandy plate, so I am think you would need a D plate instead of the vixen plate.
Well can you screw and or tap two holes to hold the clam shell in place on the vixen bar. I take it that the vixen bar is the only one that will fit that mount?
