Exclamation CCD imaging method for Light Pollution measurement

Hi all,
I'm a 4th year physics student doing an experimental physics subject, and I'm looking for some journal articles or web pages with anything about using a CCD to measure the amount of light being scattered in the atmosphere from nearby light sources.

Anything relevant is appreciated, and I'd be willing to pass on my findings to any interested (the aim is to have a comparison between different locations and times of events such as Earth Hour).

Thanks in advance!

Cheers Mighty_oz, that'll do nicely

I'm doing the measurements with a Meade ETX 105AT with a Canon 20D mounted on the end, so if anyone has anything more specific, that would also be appreciated!

Not sure if this info fits in with your time-frame but I came across this info when researching vid-cam based astro-photography:
http://www.physics.gla.ac.uk/~gh8s/presentations.html
The fourth link down ("Glasgow Astronomical Society...") is to a paper written by Giles Hammond on adopting webcams or cctv camera for astronomy but what caught my eye was his experiment relating to an "all sky" camera for weather observations, starting on slide 20, may also be in the realm of what you're after
cheers!
