Caterpillar living dangerously

It's mother forgot to tell it to stay away from my wife's roses! The poor thing didn't last long when my wife found it...

Nettie doesn't "do" these particular insects.

Yep, can relate to that, my wifes garden, the roses in particular , are her pride and joy.

Nice shot, of a soon to meet its demise, critter.

It's beautiful! You can almost feel its velvety skin and little sucky feet.

I confess that I really like caterpillars and move them from my roses if I find a nice one...what a sucker huh!
