Meade SN10 much modded

Now the 12" RC is here I need to find a home for this scope.

Its a Meade SN10 UHTC set up as an F3.5 astrograph.
Focuser replaced with a Moonlite with motorfocuser and nFocus controler
Has a 50 mm diameter ED corector which fixes the coma over a DSLR field and makes it an F3.5 scope.
It also has had the mirror cell modded to get rid of the clips for cleaner images and fan added.
Has Bobs knobs , Schmidt corrector heater and rings , no finder .

$1500 AUD

Thanks
Zane

Zane,

could I ask if you are able to supply some images of the corrector plate and the tube assembly?

Zane, how does this handle on a G-11 mount, do you find it a good setup for imaging?

also i thought the SN10 was a F4 have you modified it to F3.5?

Fahim,

I used this one a bit whilst out at Zane's. It handles very well on the G-11.

I only wish I had the funds -- I'd take both of Zane's toys on offer.

Regards,
Humayun

Hi Farim
As H says the scope works well on a G11 , its a F3.5 when the flatener / reducer is installed these scopes give poor of axis images with out it.

Thanks
Zane
