ASV Messier Star Party...postponed (was 28th February)

Once again the ASV is hosting their 9th annual Messier Star Party at their dark site in Heathcote, about an hour and a half to two hours north of Melbourne. For further details, point your browser to their home page:

The Star Party has been postponed due to the bush fires in the area. At the moment there are no fires in the immediate vicinity of the site and the roads are clear, however, as a precautionary measure the ASV has decided to postpone the party to a later date in March. A decision should be made at the next council meeting and I will update when we have a new date.

I have edited the date for the party due to fires. This should push it to the top of the list and appear unread to bring to your attention.

According to ASV website, new date is March 28.
Hmmm.... same weekend as Snake Valley!
