Being Flogged Again

High Guys, and to anyone in the south of OZ, boy are we being flogged tonight, and it is expected to go on for a few days.

I reckon in the last 3 months I have had only 3 - 4 days, (nights) of any decent imaging runs.

Getting quite peed off actually .

Leon

PS, anyone in need of a good, Nearly New, Used, Perfect Condition, Takahashi Imaging Set-Up, going cheap , only $12,000 Leon

Leon,

I'll put my hand up for the equipment.

Spare a thought for us buggers who don't have an observatory. The weather /has/ to clear up at some stage, argh! This has gone on long enough! Great, just as I'm typing this, it's started to rain in Canberra, too.

Regards,
Humayun

Skies appear to have cleared over Perth so perhaps some good weather is heading your way.

I've been busy on the computer all night so I just looked outside. In Wollongong it's almost clear, just 2 small puffs of cloud, but the transparency isn't great. This must be a first - Canberra having rain while we are clear. So many times when driving home it's clear at Goulburn, half an hour later the first clouds are seen, at the Picton Rd turn-off it's pretty cloudy and by the top of Mt Ousley it is raining.

Nothing exciting here, just some light wind and mostly clear skies. So far no sign of the promised "hurricane" and storms that the media were banging on about for the last few days

Bigger the hype, bigger the dissapointment.
