Panoramic White House

I am not trying to pull your leg. This is the white House in Canyon deChelley in Arizona. This is now the second largest canyon in Arizona and has been home to several tribes of native Americans. The Navajo now call this home but before them was the Ancient Pueblo People or Anazazi.
First time I could not get CS2 to stich the image correctly as it was 2 vertical images. CS3 did it easily and I trimmed it to a more pleasing ratio.
The image is also good as the change in perspective make the house look much smaller than it really is.
For a Laugh can you see Erik Von Danikan's spaceman????

Hi Andrew,

Really nice job, looks just so effective and what an interesting subject. Yeh, the spaceman sure has a pretty flat nose.

Regards

Nice shot there, Andrew. Yep, found "Mr ET's" spacebug, sitting there where no self respecting alien would ever try to sit

Thanks All
When you get up close the "spacebug" is actually huge. My original intention was to try and catch the top of the cliff in the image above the Pueblo but it was to High. If you ever find yourself in Arizona I would recommend going as it is a fantastic experience.

Hello Greg
The spaceman is almost in the middle of the image, between the two sections of the Puebelo.
Here is an image of just the painting

See the prominent wall in the bottom of the pic??. Draw a line from the top of it over to the far end of the buildings above it (to the right). The line bisects the spaceman

Hi Andrew,

Its been a long time since I saw Chariots of the gods and at first glance, to me there is an obvious head on the canyon wall. It is not the painting that Von Danikan referred to. I have taken the liberty of circling the head that I see, sure does have a flat nose. What do you think.

Regards
Trevor
