Traffic lights in space?

Really, whats the chances of this happening?

3000 satellites, most at different altitudes and someone didnt notice this?

I hope Richard Branson has some plans to combat this in the future.

and maybe they should get round-a-bouts, giveway signs, stop signs, speed humps and a few lollypop ladies too
