Location Lat/Long and Dec

I was wondering what tools others use to determine their lat/long and dec when travelling to new sites.

I found this site,

The location information I was given when out at another obs site was correct agsinst the website above, but my readings at home were different which makes me think my phones GPS readings can't be trusted.

Hi,
Try Google Earth, zoom in on your location and read off the Lat & Long.
