Comet Luliin 30th January

The clouds were very unkind this morning. As a result I only managed to capture a total of 44 frames, or approx. 2 minutes worth of data.
So here it is. It's not beautiful, in fact it's as rough as the proverbials, but at least you can make out the tail and maybe the anti tail.
I hope that tomorrow morning will be more fruitful.

Nice attempt Jeanette for only 2 minutes worth, it has come out very nicely. Well done.

This morning was a total waste of time.
Even when the rest of the sky cleared to pristine cloudlessness, there was always this one black cloud centred over Libra.
There's always tomorrow though.

Are you sure you weren't here in Adelaide Jeanette, that happened to me
this morning too

I managed to get 2 DSLR shots about 4:30am when it eventually shifted but
I've just processed them and the focus was off!
