Comet LULIN C/2007 N3

Hello I shot this at 4.30 am in my backyard at Canowindra.Shot in Raw format ISO-800.. Exp. 330 secs.Canon 350d standard.200x800 Reflector.Guided EQ6 Mount.I could see LULIN in my finder scope.

Nice capture Tony! Is that a tail/anti-tail at the 12 and 6 o1clock postions?
How high was it at 4:30 ? Hopefully I shall get a clear morning soon for a snap..

Hello Gary It Was about 5 or 7 degrees above the roof of my house.Have you got Starry nights it helps me work things out.On Space weather thereis a brilliant shot showing both Tails.

Thanks Tony. Spotted this morning through breaks in the low cloud and fog. Has a nice fine ion tail and a short dust tail clearly visible with a few min exposure!
