Got the "X" on the Moon Finally..!

Hello everyone,

After six months of being back into astronomy, practicing taking afocal pics with my digital camera, buying a new scope, surfing the web, reading books about the moon,
emailing people for info and sharing info about my obsession; I finally got a picture of it!

17 years 3 months later, the pictures tuned out this time! A little "late" in the window of opportunity, but never the less, it was still visible. Here goes...........

Ok, I observed it saturday afternoon, Sept. 10, 2005) at 2215 UT, but couldn't get a good (couldn't hardly even get a bad pic) pic of it in the daylight. Here's the pic from Sept 11, 2005 0050 UT. They are afocal, hand held with my Orion 127mm Mak and Fuji S5000 camera, 40 ep, different camera zoom, manual setting and manual macro focus on camera, pics are 3meg.
