Vela SNR Mosaic Madness

I am in the process of doing a mosaic of the Vela SNR area. It will be hopefully at this sort of quality

3.7mb image
http://members.optusnet.com.au/~chee...VELA_SNR_F.jpg

I have managed to collect colour data which consists of

10x(30s,1m,2m,4m) at 800 ISO at 300mm at f/2.8 for each panel for six panels. I will start to collect more HA and O3 when I have nine panels of colour centered on the Vela Pulsar. Below is a quick image showing the extent and overlap of the six panels. The overlap minimises problems with matching panels due to vignetting.

The fridge will really help as we are in for a heat wave in Melbourne.

If I start to behave more strangely than usual you will now know why.

Will be great to see the finished product.
Yes the fridge is a must. Melbourne is set to get its longest heatwave in 100 years!
