The only thing stopping me is the wind , my poor ol scope will be like a windsock.
Cheers Kev.

another rotting cold and windy day, so no observing here either. This has to be the most garbage winter I've endured.

Well apart from it being 43 degrees at 1pm today here in perth, the clouds are at bay and the wind is okay, i think i might have a bit of observing, hopefully iron out some kinks to go out on saturday night (weather permitting.!)

Definitely a stay inside night.
The air con is on and I've got plenty of data from last night to keep me busy.

I hate it when the cirus starts to float through. Stars flicker in and out tantalisingly. May as well be nice thick clouds and put us out of our misery.

I think JJJ has the right idea - where's that Orion mosiac data I never seem to get around to......

I have been sitting on the veranda enjoying a few of beers for the last couple of hours, lots of satellites a and one small meteor before the clouds finally closed completely in
Except for being a bit warm, it is quite a nice night.

I had a perfectly clear day until 7.00pm then high cloud rolled in.

Talk about annoying.
