Something wrong with my finder

Since moving house I've noticed that my finder appears to be either out of focus, or collimation or something as the images I'm getting through it are blurred making it hard to pin point things. Anyone have any ideas?

One other thing I noted after moving is how easy the crosshairs are to see when you have a lot of ambient light.

Just make sure you loosen the circular locking ring behind the lense/dewshield assembly first.
