Vista compatability?

Does anyone know of a free ware program that works well with Vista? Please let me know. Joe

Joe, I think you need to be a bit more specific, i.e. what sort of software are you after.

What type of freeware program would you like. In most cases the current freeware programs will run on Vista provided you go into the properties of the exe file and select compatability mode and select run as administrator and run in XP compatability mode.
Should you have a problem installing the program just do the same with the setup or instal exe file.

Vista IMHO is very stable but requires a few adjustments to the security, which is not all bad as it gives you some protection which XP cannot.

Stick with Vista and try the above fix.

Joe - I presume you are referring to a planetarium, are you? I've run Cartes Du Ciel versions 2 & 3 successfully on Vista with no problems.
