Assuming a x2 Barlow; you'd get the eye relief of the 26mm with an effective fl of 13mm. An 1.25" Barlow would do just as well. The 2" seems over kill unless you're using 2" eyepieces. I have a 2" TV "Big Boy" X2 Barlow and find that it rarely gets out the box.

Hi Merlin,
Ive noticed the 2" TV "Big Boy", looks good, just thought it would be easier on the eye looking through the 26 mm compared to squinting through a 15mm plossl, im assuming there must be a draw back somewhere.

Cheers

The 26mm with a x2 Barlow will give you about the same magnification and exit pupil as your 15mm. Only difference would be the eye relief and possibly better clarity ( all eyepieces work better at longer focal ratio's)
