PST SOLD - $850 and that includes the optional hard Case brand new worth $1040

I am reluctantly selling due to another project! I bought this from Sirius Optical earlier this year. The views are fantastic and a few IIS'ers have viewed SOL through this at the SPSP2005 and Queensland Astrofest. I'll even throw in one of my Patent Pending KenDak Eyepiece Dew Remover (just a basic eyepatch LOL) to put around the eyepiece to reduce sunshine on your eye.

I have looked after this scope and it is in good condition.

Price is firm at $850 plus shipping, I even have the original box!

bank Cheque or Paypal Accepted!

David Hough

I can vouch for that, but have to say the views were better when I stuck my 14mm XW in it

btw, the above comment was me being a smart @$$ it was no way meant to imply the views are not spectacular through this scope, if I had the $ I would buy it myself.

Is that with the optional hardcase Houghy? or just the standard box it comes in?

regards

The original k12mm eyepiece that comes in the kit by coronado.

Postage would be around the $30 mark probably, I just sent a pair of binos and they cost around $13.85 to send. This is a little bit heavier and bigger.

David,
Is it easily attached to, say, a camera tripod?
How about piggy backing it on a telescope?
Thanks and interested, Al

Dave,
Since you are asking $850 (USD650) how does this make a good deal for a second hand scope when the current US price for the PST is $495?

A...

From what I've read, it includes the box (which isn't included in your US$ price), and by the time you add postage, customs duty and GST, I think you'd find it's over the AU$850.

I wouldn't mind getting one but I would want a bit of a saving buying one second hand no matter what condition it is in or what it comes with.
