Things that go wrong

While taking images of M42 the other night, I got this. Can you tell what happened? I do my imaging remotely. The observatory is in the backyard, and I'm in my house. I looked into the live camera I have and noticed the camera didn't look right. A walk down to the Dome showed me the rotation lock had been left loose. buggar, oh well only 15min wasted.
