A scary smiley inside

Luckily a bit clearer in FNQ last night, so braved the humidity and swarms of mozzies (whats with the mozzies this year??) to witness this amazing sight. That configuration in the sky was a sight to behold

and the images that are coming through are unbelievable!!!!!!
Most pics of the smiley, and the last was from behind me with the lights of Townsville.

A beautiful portfolio Liz – well done. The 2nd one reminds me strongly of a Planetary Nebula!
