Io crossing from 7-21

This is the first time for an animation like this. Wasn't sure how to get rid of field rotation easily so just turn your head slowly while you watch . Shot at f/10 with red filter. I couldn't get it under the size limitation (it's 350kb) so see it here:

Thats brilliant love seeing the distinct speed in the movement of the cloud tops.

That's very cool Dave. Excellent registration of the frames. Shame about the rotation, but nothing you can do about that on your alt/az mount unless you get a wedge.

I'd prefer to see it a bit faster (15ms between frames) plus as a sweep animation rather than jump back to the start. But that's my personal preference only.
