G'day - new member here
G'day! I just joined this forum because I'm keen on getting into astrophotography. Hope I don't ask too many silly questions. I'm looking into getting a mount and drive for my dSLR camera soon, still saving and researching brands, types etc. Look out for the onslaught of questions...

Hi Troy and welcome to IIS
AMD72 from POTN here. You have come to right place for advice. Plenty of experts here to help you out. Also - check out the search facility on the forum - perhaps the quickest way to getting some answers.
Also - make sure you share your macro shots in the terrestrial photo section!

Welcome Troy. You couldnt have joined a better forum. I joined about year ago and found that there is no such thing as a stupid question. These guys have been very helpful.

Jeez, I've been a member of this forum for less than a day and from all the reading on gear I want, you guys are costing me around $2k already and I haven't even snapped a shot yet!
