just reading a newsclip that says theres a 5metre asteroid estimated to burn up over the sudan in africa... what times 2-45 african time ..in australia ... and is there anychance we will see it in n.s.w.

Sydney/Melbourne are GMT+11(incl DST) so another 3 hours = 13:45 EDST?
In other words... It has already happened.

Just checked for news, still getting all of yesterdays news... 'expected' and 'heading for africa' etc etc
I thought the internet was supposed to reduce time between events and news??

I have been watching this one closely, no news on any observations from Africa as yet.
If it had happened here it would be all over IIS by now !
I am sure someone will have photographed it

Do not be too sure.. those guys over there have other things on their minds..
