The long awaited version 0.10.0 (beta) has been released. There has been a major rebuild since the release of version 0.9.1. The graphics engine has been changed from SDL to Qt4 necessitating extensive re-coding (over 1000 commits).
At the moment there are a few of the old facilities that don't work and some bugs but there are many new features along with an entirely new graphics user interface. The beta realease is for users to check for bugs and deficiencies in the hope that they can be fixed before the release of the full 0.10.0 version.
At the moment there is no script engine, it requires an extensive re-build to work under Qt4 and the telescope control is disabled but much work has been done in making the display more realistic with the ground work for many new facilities.
