Hi Skymak,

Do you think this item is strong enough to hold a diagonal with binos attached and not slide or spin by itself ?

Its a bit of a hard question I know, but as you mentioned in the description, thats exactly what I do. ie: loosen and tighten thumb screws all the time when moving the binos around to get them in a good spot for comfort.

for sure,,it will easily hold the binoviewer..it is made for that,,you can adjust the tension just about to hold anything you can put on it, cheers..joe
