Copernicus with a DSLR & 102mm APO

Well.. and a TeleVue 5x Powermate coupled to a GSO 2x barlow on the FS-102. That's theoretically 400x power or something like that. Didn't turn out too bad for such a small aperture I reckon.

I'm keen to get a CCD device soon - and maybe a QHY8 - to see how I go with this new Tak. Fun fun!

Wow that's amazing Chris. 5x powermate on top a 2x Barlow that's a lot of mag! Yet the image is still nice & bright & sharp! Much better than I would imagine. Well done!

Fantastic detail.
It looks like I could be orbiting the Moon looking for a landing site.

Wow, I love it.

Keep these kind of Images coming........as I just love the Moon.
