SQM-LE Reader Announcement

Pasadena, CA, September 13, 2008: Knightware is pleased to announce the release today of SQM-LE Reader, a Windows based software program that allows users to read Unihedron’s new SQM-LE both remotely via Internet, and locally using an Ethernet crossover cable. Knightware worked with Unihedron (Grimsby, Ontario) testing the new device which allows users to determine objectively how dark the night sky is. SQM-LE Reader allows the user to read a device on demand or continuously on a periodic schedule. Readings include magnitude per square arc second, device serial number, date/time of reading and more. SQM-LE Reader runs under Windows XP SP2 or later, and Windows Vista (32 bit).
