And so the wait begins

Ordered my new filters today.

Thanks to the plummeting Oz dollar I ended up paying a fair bit more than if I'd purchased a few months ago. Ah well, them's the breaks

The good news is they were on (25%) discount, so I guess I broke even.

I'm on hols as of this afternoon for the next 3 weeks, so hopefully they'll arrive from the US fairly quickly and the seeing will turn superb.

There might still be time for a nice late season Jupiter

Congrats Matt, have an enjoyable break.

What type of filters did you end up purchasing? Astronomiks?

Hey Matt.

I recently sold my Astronomiks.

I placed an order for a set of Astrodon filters.
