Test shot; Eagle in Ha

Hi All,
I thought I would start to dabble in narrow-band imaging.
This is my first attempt with Ha and it had to be M16.
I'm looking forward to OIII and SII as well.
Any tips or help are welcome.

Image details;
M16
12" F5 ST-7e
3x10min Ha
Darks
Combined and Unsharp mask in MaximDL.

Yeh, the Eagle is one of the classic candidates for Ha work, nicely done test shot .

Thanks guys,

Added the SII and OIII
I had to fiddle with the size of these to match the Ha.
Also these are added with 5x the saturation to balance.
I decided to use the Hubble combination of SII=R, Ha=G and O=B
Ithink it looks effective?

Hi Jeff, the SHO combination looks great, this was one of my first NB targets with the DSI II Pro, it turned out looking very similar.

Looking forward to more of your NB work.

Cheers
