Withdrawn - RF Royce 12.5" Conical Mirror

Selling 12.5" f6 Newtonian optics--conical mirror , diagonal secondary , and secondary holder and 3 vane spider.

**The Mirror is a 12.5" f6 Rob Royce conical mirror .Weight 5.3kgs (serial number 207) www.rfroyce.com/conical
**ProtoStar ULS quartz 54mm secondary www.fpi-protostar.com/quartz.htm
**ProtoStar 3 vane secondary spider and holder www.fpi-protostar.com/s3vmnts.htm

The mirror is mounted in a solid adjustable aluminium cell with 25mm distance adjustment and springless adjusters.
In this cell once adjusted the mirror will not loose collimation.

The optics are around 4 years old and total new price for all the above is bit over $2150.0 U.S.+ freight ect
No marks stains or scratches on optics.

Asking $1125 AUS Interstate possible with freight extra.

Due to work travel replys p.m. may be a several days delayed.

Out of curiosity, what do you think it would cost to get it re-ground to F/2 or F/3.5?

Would make for a serious astrograph.

I looked into doing just that and you might want to give Mark a call from Deep Sky Optics.
As it's not an old mirror damaged or needs recoating it's a waste to regrind it.
Mark advised to sell it and he is making me an f3.8 mirror for an f3.8/2.75astrograph.
