Nicely done Clive - well done.

I particularly like the colour. Looks fairly remeniscent of the view through my 18" Dob!

Really like the rich details you've extracted from the data Clive. Good work there. Indeed as Fred points out, colour is not quite there. I looked at the histogram for a while. I think you'll see a noticeable improvement if you drop the mid tone input for the green channel from 1.00 to ~0.85 using levels. This calls for a very subtle adjustment. I'm not a huge fan of levels for this type of work, but it explains the point I'm making. The orange hues will disappear and it will bring out the deeper red tones. Give it a try to see what you think. May even bring back some of the blue around the star edges.
