About an hour of clearish sky...

We have been reasonably bereft of clear skies down here in Melbourne over the last few months, so I had to make use of what we can get.

Clouds rolled in after about an hour, even then half of these have been taken through light clouds passing through.

10" Meade RCX, 2x Telextender.
DMK21 for the luminance, Toucam for the colour.
Registax and photoshop for the processing.

Share and enjoy!

Cheers
Stuart

Nice shots, Stuart

Don't know if you've noticed, but there's a faint-ish dot just below Callisto (?). It's most likely a star, although it doesn't appear in any of your other pics, so it maybe an artifact of some kind. However what I was going to say was..." That's not a moon, it's a space station!!!!"

I think that's Io and Callisto. Both were clearly visible when I bumped up the gain, as was Europa when I moved the scope. Sometimes processing removes them, if I bump the levels up in Photoshop they re-appear.

Could be...if they've been removed via processing. But you never know!!!

If we start to hear a raspy voice over the airwaves and a demand to yield to the Empire's wishes, then we know who it is
