My Planet Shots in Scale

It seems that most members put up some of their shots sooner or later, so I thought it is time I did the same. But for a change I thought I would put up a bit of a compilation first.

This shows a series of shots for both Saturn and Jupiter that gives a bit of an idea on scale. This was the one thing I found hard to get some info on when I was looking for a suitable camera. I went to a 400D first, then a DMK21. I have learnt a lot.

The shots start out on the left (yes, I realise it is obvious), taken with my 400D at prime focus. Then to my best with eye-piece projection. Then onto the three shots with my new DMK21. Fist at prime, then with a 2x Barlow then a 5x.

Nice work, Darrell. A good collection of images.
Are you going to get a filterwheel and filters for RGB imaging with your DMK?

What scope are you using?
