I 've just upgraded to a new HDMI 360 that is a fair bit quieter to use with new HD TV. I've had this one for a couple of years.
It can be noisey (as they are well known to be), and has chucked a few random fits in its lifetime (not reading a disc) - but has NXE, so can load games on to hard drive, which reduces noise substantially, potential disc errors, power usage and load times.

RROD (google it) isn't uncommon with 360's, so you would be getting it 'as is' and it is out of warranty - but if you're in the area, you're welcome to test it .

It's never been connected to the internet, so shouldn't be banned from XBox Live (although you might want to update the firmware if you are planning to play online).
