Trifid Nebula with Canon 450D

hello all

Trifid nebula with Hutech 450D with my William Optics Megrez 110mm f/5.95 Refractor telescope on Losmandy G-11 equatorial mount. Guiding Autoguided with SBIG 402 on Orion ST-80 f/5 guidescope with CCDOps.

Total Exposure time 80-minutes (20 x 4-minute exposures @ ISO 400).

Astronomik 2" CLS filter, Baader 2" I/R Cut Filter, Baader MP Coma Corrector.
Processing Darks, bias and flat-fielded with Iris, post processing in Photoshop.

Very nice mate. The blue extending most of the way round the exterior, and the bluish tinge in the centre of the red, from the hot blue star within impress, as does the faint red emissions in the background. A very deep shot.
