The Moon in color and Moon and jupiter

Hello the shot of Moon and Jupiter was with canon350D sigma 300mm zoom.it was shot at 10.30pm last night.24/5/2008.Iso-400/ f/8. shuutter speed 1/200sec the zoom was set at 300mm.I think there was a 2.5 to 3 degree separation between the moon and Jupiter..some processing in CS3.The shot of the moon was canon 350d 500mm tamron telephoto lens I think I set it at F/11.-ISO-400. I shot it last night. I got the 500mm tamron at a garage sale for $25.00. It has some fungus behind the edge of the Objective lens. in one place. In the rear lens cell there was a fairly bad fungus growth. Yesterday afternoon I removed the cell from the tube then removed the 2 cemented doublets from the cell and cleaned them to remove the fungus. This has improved the image Quality.I had to purchase a Mogg Adapter so I can mount the lens on my 350D.Tony

I was just thinking last night, I wonder if you could get a pic of the moon and joop when they are this close together, Thanks for answering my question before I even posted

Great images, the 2nd shot is very nice indeed.
