I've run into a problem in how to input something and I cant find the answer in the manual.
If you have the manual (or know it backwards

) on page 73 (Graphing Inequalities)
Procedure 2. Says:
Press Y=. Turn off all functions and stat plots. Enter the left side of the inequality at Y4 and the right side as Y5.
No problem so far, I entered the formula. Then
Procedure 3. Says:
Enter the statement of the inequality as Y6. This function evaluates to 1 if true or 0 if false.
This I can understand.....BUT.... the example screen in the manual shows:
Y6=Y4<Y5
and when I enter Y4<Y5 I keep getting an ERR:INVALID message and then when I select 2:GOTO it shows the Y= screen with the Y4 highlighted.
I'm fairly sure now that I'm not entering the Y4 and Y5 in correctly as I am using ALPHA Y4 and ALPHA Y5 where I should be referencing directly to the Y4 and Y5 from the Y= menu.
How do I do this?
