Darn.. if only the image was in FITS format, I'd plate solve it and tell you the precise RA and DEC. Oh well. I think Eric is on the ball with this one.

its actually NGC 3532. RA 11h 5m 51 sec Dec-58 deg 46' 43"

an open cluster with mambership of about 150 stars too easy (Yawn )....
