IR/Night Vision Binoculars/Goggles

I was looking for some night vision stuff, anyone know where I can get it. I saw some video thorough goggle and the stars were awesome.

I see they are available on some Australian sites but my understanding is that this stuff is not available to the public, especially if it's military grade.

If you can buy then check the features and if they are TRUE NightVision.

Cheap gear may be little more than toys.

That gear is expensive. What were you wanting it for exactly?

Just google 'Night vision goggles' select Australia.

It seems the goggles may be legal.

On a side note I found these 2 items on an Australian supplier of body armour (Tote Systems) website:

A. No, ballistic body armour is classed as a category E firearm under the Australian Firearms Act. Anyone can apply for a permit however generally only applicants who are members of a police service or the security industry are accepted.
